Gravebloom enters the battlefield with X +1/+1 counters on it.

Whenever Gravebloom deals combat damage to another creature, remove half the +1/+1 counters from it, rounded up. Put that many -1/-1 counters
on the creature it dealt damage to.

Whenever a land enters the battlefield, put a +1/+1 counter on Gravebloom.
