At the beginning of each player's end step, that player sacrifices a non-land permanent with converted mana cost X, where X is the number
of Gravity counters on Gravity Well.
Sacrifice Gravity Well: Deal damage to target player equal to the number of Gravity counters
on Gravity Well.
