Great Court of Alkerin
Exile all permanents. Then, starting with you, each player votes
for innocent or guilty. If innocent gets more votes, each player,
starting with you, chooses a permanent exiled by Great Court of
Alkerin and puts it under their control. If Guilty gets more votes,
or if the vote is tied, each player, starting with you, chooses a
permanent exiled by Great Court of Alkerin and puts it under target
opponent's control.
Great Court of Alkerin can't be countered.
