Great Divide

When a planeswalker leaves the battlefield,
sacrifice Great Divide.
{t}Add one {c} to your mana pool.
When Great Divide is in play, all creatures
need to pay {1} to attack. If they are black or
white creatures, and deal damage to an
opponent, remove the the top card of that
opponent's library for each damage dealt.
