Great Modron March

Only one Plane can be on the battlefield at a
time. If another Plane enters, that player must
pay {2}.

At the start of each upkeep, all players create
a 1/1 Modron creature token. When a player
casts an instant or sorcery, they exile a Modron
and draw cards equal to the number of
Modrons they control.
