Great Old Ones

At the beggining of your upkeep, players
vote for debt or duty. If debt gets more votes
your opponents lose life equal to the
number of cards in their hands. If duty gets
more votes, you gain life equal to the
number of cards in your hand. If the vote is
tied, you may pay {w/b} and get an extra vote.
