Greater Baja Blast

Put a baja blast counter on each human on the battlefield. For as long as those humans have
baja blast counters on them, they can't block
and can't be blocked.
Greater Baja Blast deals 3 damage to each player, planeswalker, and creature. Each player draws 3
cards and gains {c}{c}{c} which cannot be used to
cast any spells. Destroy all lands.
Understandably, banned by the Wizard Council.
