Greed from Below

Discard your hand, exile the top card of your library, add it to the ante, then draw seven cards. Exile the top card of target player's library, add it to the ante, then put the top seven cards of that player's library to their graveyard.
Any player may exile a card from their hand and add it to the ante to prevent those cards from being added to the ante.
