Greed the Avaricious

Whenever Greed deals combat damage to a player, you may pay {2}{r}{r}. If you do, gain control of target nonland permanent until
end of your next combat step. Then you
may pay {2}{u}{u}. If you do, gain control of
that nonland permanent instead.
Greed has indestructible as long as you own
each permanent you control.
