When Grellizar enters the battlefield, put a
depletion counter on each other permanent.

{p/c}{p/c}: Remove all depletion counters from target
permanent. Any player may activate this ability.

{1}: Tap target permanent with a depletion counter
on it. If this is the fifth time you've activated this
ability this turn exile it instead and Grellizar gains
all its activated abilities.
