Grieving angel

Angel spells cost {w}less to cast.
When you cast an angel spell, you gain 3 life. When an angel you control dies you get 2 sorrow counters and your opponents lose 2 life.
Remove three sorrow counters: You scry 2 then draw a card.
Remove seven sorrow counters: Return target angel card to battlefield under your control.
