Grievous Losses

If you would gain life, instead you may choose
to gain no life and deal X damage to target creature, where X is the amount of life you
would have gained.

If you would draw a card, instead you may choose to draw no cards and target opponent must discard X cards, where X is equal to the number of cards you would have drawn.
