Starting with you, each player votes for 'pay your tab' or 'work it off'.
If 'pay your tab' gets more votes, opponent's spells cost two more to cast.
If 'work it off' gets more votes, take control of 1 creature from each opponent until 'Grillby' leaves the battlefield.
