Whenever Grim enters the battlefield or attacks, place a bounty counter on an opponent's creature. For as long as that creature has a bounty counter on it, it has "When this creature dies, the player who kills this creature draws 2 cards, gains 2 life and distribute two +1/+1 counters on target creature. If the owner of this creature sacrifices it, the owner does not draw 2 cards, gain 2 life and distribute two +1/+1 counters."
