Grim Reaper

Menace - When Grim Reaper enters the battlefield, place a token on him. When he should leave the battlefield, remove the token instead. If he doesn't have a token and isn't on the battlefield, he's exiled.

Whenever Grim Reaper deals damage to a player, remove a card from your opponent's hand and put it in his graveyard. If it's not a creature and he doesn't already have a token, put one on him.
