Grim Runicism

Choose two target players. The chosen players each search their library for two
cards, shuffle, then put those cards on top. Then, each of the following happens in an order of your choice —
• The chosen players each mill a card.
• The chosen players each draw a card.
• The chosen players each discard a card.
