Groad and Bonnet

Phasecast - You may cast this spell for twice its
mana cost. If you do, the next spell you cast this
turn may be cast for half its mana cost rounded
up. (Colored mana is prioritized over colorless
mana.)
Groad, the cave-dwelling goblin mage, would always
travel with his beloved python, Bonnet. The two were
known to Gyre's Folly as harbingers of a bad harvest,
and just so, were barred from ever stepping foot on the
Folly's farmlands.
