At the beginning of your upkeep, for each card that you own in exile you may choose one-
-- Shuffle that card into your library and manifest the top card of your library. Cards manifested this way enter the battlefield tapped.
--Put that card into your graveyard and deal 1 damage to target creature or player.
{w}{r}: Target player exiles the top card of his or her library.
