Grotesque Observer can't be blocked.
Whenever Grotesque Observer enters the battlefield or attacks, each player puts the top three cards of his or her library into his or her graveyard, then you may pay {1}. If you do, put target card from your graveyard on top of your library.

It makes sure you feel your sanity slipping away.
