Grounds of Empowerment

Enchanted land no longer produces mana
when tapped. Instead, its controller may tap
it to cause all other lands to produce an
extra mana of any type they produce when tapped for mana this turn. The extra mana
can only be used for creature abilities.
It was as if the monsters were being energized in their attacks all on their own.
