Growing Spite

Growing Spite enters the battlefield with X
spite counters on it.

At the beginning of each opponent's upkeep,
that player may pay {4}. If they don't, Growing
Spite deals damage equal to the number of spite
counters on it to that player.

At the beginning of each opponent's end step
and if a creature dealt combat damage to you
this turn, put a spite counter on Growing Spite.
