{t}:exile a non-artifact creature from your hand with a growth counter on it.
Add a growth counter on every creature that as a growth counter on it when you place a counter on a creature you control.
You may cast creature card you own in exile if they have more growth counter then their mana cost. If their mana cost contain X, it is equal to the number of growth counter on it.
