•If there are more blue spells on the stack than green, green sorceries in players' hands gain flash and cost an additional {1} less to cast until end of turn.
•If there are more green spells on the stack than blue, each player may search their library for a blue card, reveal it, shuffle their library, and put that card on top of it.
