Council's dilemma — Starting
with you, each player votes for tall or wide.
For each tall vote, put X +1/+1 counters on
each creature you control, where X is the
number of lands in all graveyards. For each
wide vote, put X 1/1 black and green Squirrel
creature tokens with deathtouch onto the
battlefield, where X is the number of lands
in all graveyards.
