Gruwb, God of Runes

Creature you control get +2/+1 and gain haste
as long as they have a rune or a equipment with
a rune attached to them.
Whenever a creature or equipment leaves the battlefield, if a rune you control was attached
to it, you may attach that rune to another target creature or equipment, or you may return it to
your hand.
