Use in your Movement phase, when a
Phobos unit from your army that is
more than 6" from any enemy models is
selected to move. If the mission you are
playing is using the Strategic Reserves rule,
place that unit into Strategic Reserves.
That unit cannot arrive from Strategic Reserve in the same turn it is placed into Strategic Reserves.
