Guessing game

Whenever an opponent chooses to keep a card on top of their library after scrying or surveiling,
exile that card, and choose a card type, if the exiled card is of the chosen type
you may play it as long as it remains exiled without paying for its mana cost, if it isn't, that player may play it without paying it's mana cost.
