Guiding Visions

Reveal the top four cards of your library.
An opponent separates those cards into
two piles. Put one pile into your hand and
the other into your graveyard. When you
put two or more cards into your graveyard
this way, put a stagnate counter on up to
one target creature. (Creatures with stagnate
counters lose first strike and double strike and
gain last strike.)
