{5},{t}: Add 1 Guild counter to a Rogue you
control.
Whenever an ability of a Rogue you control
would activate, if it has at least 2 Guild counters
on it, copy that ability. You may choose new
targets for the copies. If the ability has a mana
cost; the copy doesn't.
