Guild-sworn Ascension

When Guild-sworn Ascension enters play, the
player or players with the highest life total
chooses a Ravnica Event card from the discard
pile and puts it into play.
When Guild-sworn Ascension leaves play,
remove all other Ravnica Event cards from play.
