All Non-land spells now have Limbo, if a card naturally has it, then the cost is {1} less to put it
in exile. Limbo (You may exile this face down
from your hand for {2} & draw a card. You may
only return it from exile when you lose life and
pay {1}. Reveal it before returning it to hand)

after each player draws 7 cards then Scrys 1.
