Gulping Ooze

Gulping Ooze enters the battlefield with a +1/+1 counters on it.
If damage would be dealt to Gulping Ooze, prevent that damage and remove that many +1/+1 counters from it.
Whenever another creature dies, you may put a +1/+1 counter on Gulping Ooze.
