Gulthias Magic

While you are attuned to the Gulthias Staff, you
can use an action to spend 1 or more of the staff's
charges to cast one of the following spells from it,
using your spell save DC:
• 1st lvl: Entangle, Purify Food and Drink
• 2nd lvl: Enlarge/Reduce, Darkvision
• 4th lvl: Blight (requires 9 charges)
Each time a charge is spent you must succeed on
a DC 10 + charges spent Wisdom saving throw
or be afflicted with short-term madness.
