Whenever you cast an instant or sorcery spell, put target land from your graveyard
onto the battlefield tapped.
Whenever a land enters the battlefield from your hand, target instant or sorcery spell in your graveyard gains flashback until end of
turn. It's flashback cost is equal to it's mana cost.
