non-creature artifact. You lose 3 life for each
counter put onto an artifact in this way.
{u}{u}{u}{u}: Target non-creature artifact with
a counter on it becomes a creature with power
and toughness X/X until end of turn, where X
is its converted mana cost plus the number of
counters of any type on it.
