Select a willing ally or an opponent who is
completely unaware of your presence. Then,
select a point you can see that is within 50
feet of you and the target. Roll WEIRD. If
you roll at least a partial success, the target is
pushed through a portal and into another
dimension. The target then pops back into
existence at the target destination shortly
afterwards, although the target's experience
of this process may be vastly different. The
higher you roll, the more control you have.
