Hacker's Wurm

Whenever Hacker's Wurm enters the battlefield or becomes tapped, tap target creature unless it's controller pays {2}.
Creatures tapped by Hacker's Wurm do not untap during it's controllers next untap step unless it's controller pays X, where X is equal the number of untapped lands he or she controls.
