As long as your devotion to Black and red is less than seven, Hades isn't a creature.
Hades is indestructible and has whither.
Whenever another human creature your opponents control dies, return it to the battlefield under your control. Put a -1/-1 counter on it and it's a horror in addition to it's other types.
