Hades, God of the Underworld

"God of the Underworld, Hades oversees
where human souls go after death. His domain is
guarded by the three headed dog, Cerberus.
He fell in love with Persephone, and kidnapped
her. After Zeus warranting her return to
Olympus, Hades let Persephone go, after he
bound her to the Underworld. Because of this,
Persephone is now Hades's wife and stays in the
Underworld for one third of the year, winter.
