Hail Fire

This item can be passed to another player as a
night action. You may choose to fire the weapon
at any time, as long as a valid target is available.
Once fired, it is removed from the game.
A solid and reliable weapon at any range, but the
trails left by the projectile can be traced back to
its wielder. When used, the shooter will be
announced publically along with the intended
target, regardless of the success of the shot.
