Merfolk you control are Fish in addition to
their other creature types.
At the beginning of combat on your turn, put
a +1/+1 counter on each Fish creature you control, then you may gain 3 life, draw a card,
put a +1/+1 counter on Hakbal of the Fishy
Soul, and put a land card from your hand onto
the battlefield, for each creature you control
with a +1/+1 counter on it.
