Permanents that enter the battlefield under an
opponents control during your turn enter
tapped, and don't untap during their controller's
next untap step.
{x}{x}{r}, {t}: Choose X target permanents. For
each target permanent, it's owner shuffles it into
their library, then reveals the top card of their
library. If it's a permanent card they put it onto
the battlefield.
