When Halfling Sorcerer enters the battlefield,
you may draw a card.
{u}{u}{t}: Exile instant or sorcery spell from any graveyard. You may cast that spell for as long as
it remains exiled, and you may spend mana as
though it were mana of any type to cast that spell. Return that spell to it's owner's graveyard after
you cast it.
