Instant and sorcery spells you cast cost {1} less to cast for as long as the battlefield is flooded.
Whenever you cast your second spell each turn, you may put three +1/+1 counters on target land you control. If you do, that land becomes a 0/0 Elemental creature with haste that's still a land. The battlefield becomes flooded until end of turn.
