Halt

As Halt enters the battlefield, enchant
target creature you don't control. That creature is unable to block, attack, take damage, or use
triggered or activated abilities until Halt leaves the battlefield.
Brandon's newfound dedication to peace led to him developing new ways to defeat foes without so much as a punch.
