Hamilton

When putting Hamilton into play from hand, put three soldier tokens onto the battlefield. Then, each turn, you may submit a letter to congress, which, in three turns will grant you three of any land or token. Or, alternatively, you may take another founding father from your hand and put it onto the battlefield.
