much of that mana instead.
Whenever an opponent casts a noncreature spell, Hanael, Zodiac of Capricorn deals damage equal
to half that spell's converted mana cost rounded
down to that spell's owner.
If mana would go unspent as phases change
during any player's turn, Hanael deals 2 damage
to that player for each unspent mana.
