You may choose not to untap Hanako, Heart of Arasaka during your untap step.
When Hanako, Heart of Arasaka enters the battlefield, for each opponent, you may put a
bribe counter on target creature they control.
Each creature with a bribe counter on it is a Mercenary in addition to its other types.
