Hands, God of Mischief

+3: All players must draw 3 cards from their library and place 2 cards from their hand into exile.
-2: All players must take their graveyard turn it face down, and dive it in half. Place one half on the bottom of the library, and half into exile.
-7: All players may shuffle their exiled cards into their library, you may draw a card for each exiled card restored in this fashion.
