Hands Weaving Clouds

Choose a creature you control. Until end of turn, damage from creature or planeswalker sources
that would be dealt to the chosen creature is
dealt to its source instead. Until end of turn,
damage from noncreature sources that target the chosen creature that would be dealt to it is dealt
to that source's controller instead.
